The WRTRC is the annual Team Roping Championship at the Willow Ranch in Ladbergen, Germany, which is held in the form of a Round Robin (every header ropes with every heeler).

Furthermore the WRTRC is a "not for profit" event. The entry fee of 120,- € per header and heeler will only be used to cover the direct costs of the event (e.g. trophy buckels, rent for toilet trolley, paid staff, hay, catering flat rate etc.). The entry fee also includes a 20,- € voucher for food and drinks.

The direct costs of the event will be fully transparent and traceable for each participant. The rest will go into the Jack-Pot and will be distributed 100% to the winners according to the following distribution:

Fastest Time in Round #1           10%

3rd Fastest Team on Average    20%

Reserve Champions                    30%

Champions                                   40% + Trophy Buckle

The WRTRC is a two day "timed event" with "3 steers progressive".
